Online Contractual Agreement

By checking the boxes below, we confirm and acknowledge the participation option selected above. If we selected Option 1 or agreed to a plan under Option 2 with the directors and staff, We agree to the above stated policies in the Hillcrest High School 2022 Marching Band Contract received as part of the registration packet. We realize that the success of the Hillcrest High School Marching Band is dependent upon our dedication and commitment to these policies. We agree that the co-curricular nature of this course means if these expectations are not adhered to, the academic grade in Band can be affected. We also understand that this contract constitutes a binding agreement and that the deposit and fees associated with this contract are non-refundable. We agree to be charged the stated fees in their entirety. We also acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable regardless of the student’s removal from the group either voluntarily or involuntarily after this deadline. If we selected Option 3, the below is our confirmation of our participation in only Fundamentals Camp and playing in the stands at Home Football Games.
